This notice serves to alert the community that Cartersville Medical Center will undergo an unannounced accreditation survey by the Joint Commission at any time.  Any individual who has concerns about patient care and safety in this hospital is encouraged to contact the hospital's administration.  If your concern cannot be resolved through the hospital process, then the individual has the right to contact the Joint Commission and request an interview to address your concern.

The public may contact the Joint Commission's Office of Quality Monitoring to report any concerns or register complaints about a Joint Commission accredited healthcare organization by either calling 1-800-994-6610 or emailing your complaint to: complaint@jcaho.org.
